Update

Been a pretty easy week, as evidenced by yesterday. Started by working a little for Shipman and thinking up topics for the poor 1L's to write on. Then called Mom and had our necessary chat. Got the apology for hanging up on me, but lots of other stuff talked about. Not too much to bitch about, and she will back off the talking business pretty much forever since it is clear if it ever happens it will be on Kelley's terms. Then went to lunch with Everson and he asked if I minded going to a few stores...I had not been to Half Price Books and our other haunts in a while so we went. He definitely dropped quite a bit and ended up with a new PS2, 3 controllers, and 20 games. I bet I have 18-20 games for my Xbox and I've had that forever it seems. But most of the games he got are proven winners. Went back to his place and tried out some new games I had not played yet and chilled. Then went to Panini's to meet AK and figure out the weekend plans. Of course I ended up eating dinner there and hanging out with his friends most of the evening. Called Kelley...she cannot wait for me to come down. Hell next time I write we will be married.

Got news from Chicago Patent Law Interview Program in August. I got ten interviews out of the 35 firms I signed up for. Amazing! I'll be so busy those two days, but that's a good thing. Probably should have tried to pass the patent bar over this summer, but I doubt I'll regret it later if I get a job in patent law next summer as I suspect I will.

Going out again tonight in Marietta. What thrills!
